We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for either store credit or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging.
Items exempt from return include sales items, made to order items, intimate items, gift cards, hair accessories, and earrings.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Should we receive your item and find that pieces are missing, the item has been damaged or used, and is not in its original condition, a partial store credit refund may be issued.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will send an email with either an e-gift card redeemable for Visage Collective items or an email confirming the item your return has been exchanged for.
Late or Missing Refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to us, please contact us at email@example.com with any updates on your store credit refund or exchange.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for sale items.
We will gladly arrange an exchange for you for an item of equal or lesser value of your original purchase. If you encounter any problems, or receive an item with defects or damage, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org attached photos. We will receive every query on an individual basis. An item with defects or damage may be mailed to: Unit 4, The Old Forge Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 0S, U.K. for exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Once a return is granted, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We ask that any returned item be shipped using a trackable shipping service and with shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and therefore would be able to send you store credit or an exchange item. In addition, we require an attached shipping note with your return so we may identify it as yours.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
